RATES & FEES
Nightly rates vary by season, availability, holidays, and demand.
• Cleaning Fee: $200 per stay
• Taxes: Applicable state and local lodging taxes will be added to the reservation.
• Resort Registration: Shores of Panama requires separate guest registration for resort amenities, wristbands, and parking. The resort registration fee is paid separately and is subject to change.
• Security Deposit: A $300 credit-card pre-authorization is required. This is a temporary authorization and is not charged unless necessary for eligible damages or other charges under the rental agreement.
• Payment: 50% is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations canceled 60 days or more before arrival receive a 100% refund of payments made. Reservations canceled 30–59 days before arrival receive a 50% refund of payments made. Cancellations less than 30 days before arrival are non-refundable.
Rates, fees, taxes, and resort charges are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed.
